• We cannot order hooded sweatshirts for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.
• Name of school, team or business is placed on sweatshirt free of charge.
• If you need help in obtaining the school colors, please call us for assistance at 866-705-4474. You must provide the name of the school.
• Adding an individual's name to the back the sweatshirt is possible. After ordering the hooded sweatshirt, you can place an order for adding a name through the menu or from the list below the shopping cart.
• Lettering is created with transfers.
• Please check spelling. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any incorrect spellings provided by customer.

Shipping

• Shipping is available only to US addresses and orders must match credit cards from US addresses.
• Your teddy bear's hooded sweatshirt is customized when we receive your order. Your sweatshirt will be sent from our store within 5-7 business days.
• If we have any questions, we will contact you. Please make sure your order contains a valid phone number and/or email address.
• All hooded sweatshirts are sent by UPS.
Cost of shipping and handling will be shown at checkout. UPS delivery rates are used.
