• Outfit is made of polyester.
• Sports uniforms are made to be worn by a teddy bear, not by a child or animal.
• Transfers are used for lettering.
• BearWear is not washable.

Personalization

• We cannot order BearWear for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.
• Name of team is added to the sports uniform free of charge.
• If you need help in obtaining the school colors, please call us for assistance at 866-705-4474. You must provide the name of the school.
• Lettering is created with transfers.
• Please check spelling. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any incorrect spellings provided by customer.

Guarantee/Return Policy

• Custom outfits guaranteed to fit Hometown Products' 15" teddy bears (12" seated).
• Custom outfits cannot be returned.

Sales Tax

• NY residents will pay applicable sales tax.

Shipping

• Shipping is available only to US addresses and orders must match credit cards from US addresses.
• Your teddy bear's sports uniform is customized when we receive your order. Your bear will be sent from our store within 5-7 business days.
• If we have any questions, we will contact you. Please make sure your order contains a valid phone number and/or email address.
• All BearWear is sent by UPS.
