Outfits are made for teddy bears and are not to be worn by children or animals.
The sports bags are sized for children and adults.

Each sports bag is customized to your specifications and great care is taken to ensure that your order is processed quickly. Each order is checked and packed carefully.

Refunds and Return Policies
We will replace any bear, item of clothing or sports bag that is defective.
We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any custom outfits or sports bags.
To avoid any problems, please check your spelling and team, school or organization's name or colors. We are not responsible for misspelled or incorrect information.

Customization
Customization is available on any of our outfits. Also, we can do special customization, as in adding logos. Call us at 866-705-4474 to discuss your ideas.
We reserve the right to refuse wording that is profane, racially unacceptable or does not adhere to Hometown Products' ethics and values.
Note: We cannot ship products for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.

Shipping and Handling
Currently, we only ship in the United States.
A $1.00 handling fee is added per order.
Hometown Products will ship all orders via UPS. Delivery dates are dependent on availability into the area. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or on Saturdays.
If an item ships to a P.O. Box, then First Class mail will be used.
Hometown Products is not responsible for delays due to severe weather, Acts of God, terrorism or other catastrophic events.

Mother's Day bears:
- UPS Ground: Orders received by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 5th.
- UPS Expedited Service: All orders received after 4 p.m. on Friday, May 5th.
Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via UPS and will be subject to UPS shipping times.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all orders delivered in New York State only. Sales tax is charged to customers with shipping addresses in New York State.
