- Sweatshirt to be worn by teddy bear only, not to be worn by children or animals.
- Outfit is made of cotton/polyester blend.
- Transfers are used for lettering.
- Bear is not washable.
- We cannot ship products for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.
- Name of school is placed on sweatshirt free of charge.
- If you need help in obtaining the school colors, please call us for assistance at 866-705-4474. You must provide the name of the school.
- Adding an individual's name to the back the sweatshirt is possible. After ordering the sweatshirt teddy bear, you will be presented with an option to purchase a name on the back.
- Lettering is created with transfers.
- We will replace any bear or item of clothing that is defective. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any custom outfits.
- To avoid any problems, please check your spelling and school or organization's name or colors. We are not responsible for misspelled or incorrect information.
- Shipping is available only to US addresses and orders must match credit cards from US addresses.
- Your teddy bear's sweatshirt is customized when we receive your order. Your bear will be sent from our store within 5-7 business days.

- All bears are sent by UPS.
