• Bear's height is 15" (12" seated).
• Bear meets all child safety requirements.
• Varsity jacket is wool with leather sleeves.
• Varsity jacket is made for a teddy bear, not children or animals.
• Embroidery is used for lettering.
• Bear and jacket is not washable.

Personalization

• We cannot ship products for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.
• Up to 3 letters are added to varsity jacket bear uniform free of charge.
• If you need help in obtaining the school colors, please call us for assistance at 866-705-4474. You must provide the name of the school.
• Adding an individual's name to the back the letterman's jacket is possible. After ordering the varsity jacket bear, you will be presented with an option to purchase a name on the back.
• Lettering is created with embroidering with polyester thread.

Guarantee/Return Policy

• We will replace any bear or item of clothing that is defective. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any custom outfits.
• To avoid any problems, please check your spelling and school or organization's name or colors. We are not responsible for misspelled or incorrect information.

Sales Tax

• NY residents will pay applicable sales tax

• Shipping is available only to US addresses and orders must match credit cards from US addresses.
• Your teddy bear's varsity jacket is customized when we receive your order. Your bear will be sent from our store within 5-7 business days.
• If we have any questions, we will contact you. Please make sure your order contains a valid phone number and/or email address.
• All bears are sent by UPS.
Cost of shipping and handling will be shown at checkout. UPS delivery rates are used.
