- We cannot ship products for any organization with a trademark and/or copyrighted name without written authorization from that organization.
- Name of school is added to sport uniforms free of charge.
- If you need help in obtaining the school colors, please call us for assistance at 866-705-4474. You must provide the name of the school.
- Lettering is created with transfers. Wash uniform inside out for best results.

We will replace any bear or item of clothing that is defective. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any custom outfits.

- Shipping is available only to US addresses and orders must match credit cards from US addresses.
- Your teddy bear's sports uniform is customized when we receive your order. Your bear will be sent from our store within 7-10 days.
